Christopher C. Saldaña – Founder
Christopher C. Saldaña is a shareholder of the firm and a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, appeals, and complex, high-stakes matters. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout California, bringing a strategic and results-driven approach to each case.
With a background in large-scale insurance defense and trial work, Mr. Saldaña now focuses primarily on employment law, business and complex litigation, civil rights, constitutional claims, personal injury, and appellate advocacy. He has successfully tried numerous cases to judgment and authored winning briefs and petitions before California and federal courts of appeal, leveraging this experience from the outset of litigation through final resolution.

André Rios Bollinger – Founder
André Rios Bollinger is a shareholder of the firm and an accomplished trial attorney recognized for his strong courtroom presence and client-focused advocacy. He represents individuals in criminal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation matters, bringing strategic insight to every case.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Ríos Bollinger worked in education and community advocacy before earning his law degree from Loyola Law School. He later handled thousands of cases as a Deputy Public Defender in San Diego County, completing numerous trials and developing a reputation for principled, effective representation. Today, he guides clients through complex legal challenges with clarity, experience, and resolve.

Carlos A. Gonzalez – Founder
Carlos A. Gonzalez is a shareholder of the firm and a former law enforcement professional with nearly 20 years of service in Northern California. His background includes extensive experience in investigations and public safety operations. A combat veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, he is also a Pat Tillman Foundation Military Scholar.
As an attorney, Mr. Gonzalez represents employees in complex employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, and wrongful termination. He also handles personal injury cases, applying his public safety and incident-response experience to advocate for injured clients across California.

Paralegal
Julissa Ardissoni brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for advocacy to her role as a paralegal. After earning her B.A. in Criminal Justice from CSU Chico, she successfully completed the University of San Diego’s Paralegal Program to specialize in legal procedure and research. As a fully bilingual professional, Julissa takes pride in assisting Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they navigate the legal system with confidence. She is committed to legal excellence and supporting her team in achieving favorable outcomes.
Kyleen Vo — Legal Administrator
Kyleen Vo supports the firm’s clients and casework with organization and clear communication. A UC Berkeley alumna, she assists with document preparation and case coordination to ensure matters move forward efficiently.
Nicholas Saldaña — Law Clerk
Nicholas Saldaña supports the firm’s litigation efforts through legal research, document drafting, and case preparation. As a law clerk, he assists attorneys with analysis, filings, and the organization of case materials to help matters move forward efficiently.
Roxana Hererra — Legal Assistant
Ms. Herrera was born in Colombia and grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ms. Herrera takes pride in building genuine rapport with clients and values all client relationship. She enjoys learning something new every day and takes interest in expanding her knowledge across diverse areas of law while supporting the firm’s work in a meaningful way. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and anything crafty.
